导致基面含水量过高的原因有两个，一是建筑本身没有配备防水层，一旦进行改建就会出现含水量过高的问题。

另一个方面是在基面完工后，地面没有干透，或者是涂装的防水层已经失效，导致基面的含水量过高。

2、尺度底涂层

在一些特殊情况下，根据基地含水量程度，我们在涂装尺度树脂地坪系统时，需要涂装尺度底涂层。

3、专业基面防水层

一般情况下，在地下室或者地下停车场等区域，由于环境问题，会铺设专业的基面防水层，或者通过涂装一层防渗透涂层来达到防水的效果，适用于含水量不断上升的基面。这种防渗透渗出产品主要是在树脂地坪系统完成后，用来防止水位升高引起的渗水现象进行的保护手段。
